We require vector art with all fonts converted to outlines and provided as .eps, .Ai or .Pdf file formats. High resolution (300dpi) or higher .Jpeg files can be used for embroidery. In doubt? Contact us and we will have one of our consultants discuss the requirements with you. We will provide an art approval and job specification before we commence production. Including repeat orders.
For items we are supplying ex stock and decorated, allow approximately 10 working days from the date art is approved. Got a deadline? Don’t stress, we have a wide range of merchandise that can be delivered in 7 days from the date art is approved. Not in a rush and looking for a better price? Through our indent programme we can produce your requirements in 4-12 weeks depending on the product and country of origin.
