Sands Promotions commenced business in 1979 originally trading as Sands Badges. Bill Sands left his family company, John Sands, in 1979 after it was sold to the large USA firm, Textron, to start a small badge making and screen-printing business.
In 1986 a senior executive from John Sands and the owners of Sands Badges joined forces to form the partnership that is Sands Promotions today. Over the next thirty years and beyond Sands Promotions set its sights on being recognised as a supplier of premium quality promotional products and innovative promotional concepts.
Sands Promotions is a founding member of the Australasian Promotional Products Association (APPA) and a member of the Promotional Products Association International.
We are one of only four promotional product agencies in Australia to have achieved the status of Gold Membership to the Australasian Promotional Products Association.
