Gel Cold/Hot Pack
When you are sick or injured you should be able to spend all your energy on getting better. Our multi use gel pack is perfect for everything from sore throats to muscle injuries. To soothe a muscle put the pack in the fridge for four hours, and it'll be cold to use for half an hour. For everything else just throw it in the microwave for 10 seconds and it'll be warm for half an hour.

- Additional Info: Gel Pack Usage Instructions and Safety Precautions To Cool: Put the pack in the fridge for four hours, and it'll be cold to use for half an hour. To Heat: Put the pack in the microwave for 10 seconds and it'll be warm for half an hour. Before each use, carefully check the gel pack for cracks or signs of leakage; if leakage is detected, cool the gel pack and dispose of it properly. If the gel pack appears to balloon and swell, it is overheated and must be allowed to cool completely before handling. If the pack exceeds a comfortable temperature, allow it to cool before use. If the desired temperature is not reached, reheat the pack in a microwave oven for 10 seconds and repeat the process up to two times until a safe and suitable temperature is reached. Do not use for more than 30 minutes at a time. If discolouration, discomfort or redness occurs, discontinue use immediately. If the gel contents come into contact with the skin, clean the affected area thoroughly with soap and warm water. Lead time is from confirmation of artwork approval. Lead time refers to dispatch, final delivery time will depend on location and type of courier used. Stock availability: Order fulfillment is dependent on stock availability, and delivery timeframe, of the factories which we work with. Please confirm availability with us before placing your order. Upon request, we can provide certification documents for the factories that we source our products from. If you have a certain requirement, please mention at the time of quoting, so we can ensure to source from the appropriate factory before commencing the order. If we are required to switch a factory that we source from, to meet a certain requirement, there may be variations in price applicable.
