Under the leadership of Howard Jones and Steve Skalla, they have built an award-winning team and an enviable reputation over the past four decades. People, customers and suppliers have inevitably come and gone over that time, but the same values have remained at the heart of Sands - great people, great service and a genuine commitment to our customers. Many of the relationships we enjoy today have been built over years, not months, and we believe that says as much about our people as it does about our products. Today, the Sands team combines that wealth of experience with fresh ideas, creativity and a renewed ambition for the future.
